Ginger Powder
Sun-dried ginger milled fine. Sharp and warm, for seasonings, bakery, drinks and jamu.
Dried Sliced Ginger
Evenly cut and dried to hold on to the oils. For extraction, herbal tea and grinding at destination.
Dried Sliced Turmeric
Deep-orange slices with curcumin tested per lot. For extraction, natural colour and traditional medicine.
Turmeric Powder
Bright, earthy and fine. For curry blends, sauces, snacks and clean-label colouring.

What products does Hepta Indo Global supply?
Hepta Indo Global supplies four core products from Indonesia: ginger powder, dried sliced ginger, dried sliced turmeric and turmeric powder. Other Indonesian spices, such as cloves, nutmeg, pepper and cassia, are available on request.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For export, the minimum order is one 20 ft container. Within Indonesia, order sizes are flexible, starting from small batches delivered by truck.
How much ginger or turmeric fits in a 20 ft container?
A 20 ft container holds roughly 12–14 metric tons of ginger or turmeric powder, or 8–10 metric tons of dried slices, because slices are bulkier. The exact load is confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
Export orders are quoted FOB, CFR or CIF from Indonesia's main ports.
What documents come with an export shipment?
Every export shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis, a phytosanitary certificate issued by Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine, a certificate of origin, a packing list and a commercial invoice. A fumigation certificate is added when the destination requires it.
What are the HS codes for ginger and turmeric?
Dried sliced ginger uses HS 0910.11 (ginger, neither crushed nor ground), ginger powder uses HS 0910.12 (crushed or ground ginger), and turmeric in slices or powder uses HS 0910.30.

Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Pre-shipment samples can be sent by courier for your approval before an order is confirmed.
